Daniel F. Adams

Daniel Foster Adams, 24, of 1268 Mount Tabor Road, Vernon Hill, VA, went home to be with his Lord on Sunday, January 31, 2021. Daniel was born on October 23, 1996, a son of Harry Nelson Adams, Jr. and the late Lori Ann Moore Adams. He spent all of his life in the Pittsylvania County area where he worked for Riverside Roof Truss where he had various jobs including forklift operator. Daniel was always the life of the party who never met a stranger. He enjoyed being outside and riding side-by-sides with his family and friends. He was a member of Mount Tabor Baptist Church. In addition to his mother, Daniel was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Harry N. Adams, Sr. and maternal grandfather, Bobby Moore. Survivors include his father Nelson Adams of the residence; sister, Kaitlynn Adams Bailey (Ryan) of Eden, NC; brothers, Josh Moore of Dry Fork, VA and Davey Adams of Vernon Hill, VA; maternal grandmother, Janet Moore of Danville, VA; paternal grandmother, Anne Harville of Danville, VA; nephews, Joshua Moore and Topher Moore; aunts, Stacey Hamlett (Larry Vanderhyde) of Chatham, VA and Jennifer Williams (Brandon) of Danville, VA; uncles, Michael Moore of Danville, VA and Glenn Adams (Betty) of Blairs, VA; cousins, Benjamin, Noah and Andrew Williams; numerous cousins, extended family and friends. Daniels extraordinary smile and contagious laugh will be missed by all that knew him! A graveside service will be conducted on Thursday, February 4, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Danville Memorial Gardens with the Reverend Carl Burger officiating. Interment will follow in the cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 5:00 p.m. from 8:00 p.m. at the residence, 1268 Mount Tabor Road, Vernon Hill, VA 24597. In lieu of flowers the family suggest that memorial donations be made to the American Diabetes Association at P.O. Box 7023, Merrifield, VA 22116-7023. “Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
