Susan Peters Beltram Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Susan Peters Beltram, 73, of Danville, VA went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 3, 2022, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Born May 9, 1949, in Danville, VA, to the late Buford N. Peters and Gaynell Megginson Peters, Susan grew up in Danville and attended Tunstall High School. After high school, she attended Artistic Beauty College and worked as a beautician. She then joined Corning Glass where she worked for many years. She was of the Baptist faith. Susan loved many things, including Hershey bars, animals, Glenn Frey, and her Diet Pepsis. Everything she did, she did whole-heartedly, with much love and compassion. Susan was a fearless strong-willed, and warm-hearted woman. She could always make someone laugh and tell a great story. Her love for her family was evident in everything she did. She was the most selfless person one could be, always putting others before herself. Susan was preceded in death by her brothers, Tony and Nelson Peters, as well as her parents. She is survived by her daughter, Kelly Parrish Bray, her eldest granddaughter, Victoria S. Satterfield and husband Neal, younger granddaughter, Makenzie P. Bray, and precious granddogs, Chloe and Verdell, all who loved her dearly. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who love her. She will be greatly missed. A private memorial service will be held.
