Tyler Brent Herndon

July 30, 1995 - April 2, 2022

Tyler Brent Herndon, 26, of 111 Kirkwood, Drive, Danville, VA died on April 2, 2022 after injuries he sustained from a motorcycle accident. Tyler was born on July 30, 1995, in Danville, VA a son of Michael Paul Anderson and Ashley Nichole Herndon. He spent all of his life in the Danville area where he was a 2013 graduate of George Washington High School. After graduation, Tyler went to DCC for welding where he graduated in 2017. He then went on to work as a plumber for Malcom Lewis/Comfort Cooling. Tyler's big plan was to own and operate his own cannabis warehouse and dispensary. Tyler was known for his love of the outdoors, where he loved to go fishing and hunting. He also loved his family and friends and will be deeply missed by all that knew him. On February 1, 2019 Tyler married his best friend and the love of his life, Taylor Herndon. In addition to his parents and his wife, Tyler leaves behind his loving daughters, Addyson, Makenzie and Layla; his brother, Dawson Anderson; his sisters, Madison Anderson and Karleigh Anderson; his paternal grandparents, Tammy Anderson and Randall Anderson; his maternal grandparents, Glenda and Donnie Herndon; a special cousin, Matti Boo; and numerous family and friends. A celebration of life will be announced. By donating his organs, Tyler was a hero who gave many people life even after his death.
