Virginia Martin Scearce

Virginia Martin “Ginny” Scearce, 58, of 409 Sonshine Drive, Ringgold, VA died Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at her residence after a decline in her health for the past two years. Ginny was born in Danville, VA, on October 22, 1963, a daughter of the late William Charles Martin, Jr., and Betty Leigon Martin. She lived her life in Danville, VA and Ringgold, VA, and retired from Nestle after 21 years where she worked as a Fork Lift Operator. Ginny loved NASCAR Racing and was an avid Dale Earnhardt and Kyle Bush fan. On April 9, 1983 she married Michael Thomas “Mike” Scearce, who survives. In addition to her husband, of the residence, Ginny is survived by two sons, Chris Scearce (Amanda) of Danville, VA, and Thomas Scearce, of the residence; two grandchildren, Savannah Scearce and Kyle Scearce, both of Danville, VA; and three siblings, Chuck, Mike, and Penny. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Wrenn-Yeatts Westover Chapel is serving the Scearce family.
