William Timothy Eanes

William Timothy “Tim” Eanes, 63, of Dry Fork, VA, died on Wednesday, September 30, 2020, at SOVAH Health-Danville. He had been in declining health for several months. Mr. Eanes was born on February 5, 1957, in Danville, VA, a son of Willie Eanes and Elsie Rigney Eanes. He spent all of his life in the Danville area where he worked as an electrician. He is survived by two brothers, Marty Eanes (Cindy) and Scott A. Eanes; two sisters, Anne C. Eanes and Amy Eanes Rowland (Doug); a niece, Jenna Rowland; and six nephews, Jonathan Eanes, Andrew Eanes, Jeremy Eanes, Dylan Rowland, Joseph Eanes, and Tanner Rowland. A memorial service will be held at a later date. The family suggest in lieu of flowers memorial donations be made to Mount Hermon Fire and Rescue 4268 Franklin Turnpike Danville, VA 24540 or Blairs Fire and Rescue 7100 US-29 N, Blairs, VA 24527.
